In response to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, 2005, we established a division of Asbestos Surveys & Inspections Ltd., expressly to undertake fire risk assessments.

There are companies who will provide a "free" fire risk assessment, so long as the resulting “shopping list” of items required is supplied, fitted and maintained by them.

We do not specify, design, install or maintain any fire safety equipment or systems. We think that most clients want an authoritative, unbiased, professional fire risk assessment of what is required so that they can move forward to get any necessary work done, from a position of relative strength. And our remarkable growth since October 2006 suggests we got it right.

• We are an independent company and our aim is to help you through this regulation without causing unnecessary expenditure.
• The company carries full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Our surveyors include Members of the Institute of Fire Engineers (MIFireE), Graduates of the Institute of Fire Engineers (GIFireE), the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM) and all are trained to standards approved by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers.
• We can train your staff in all aspects of fire safety required by legislation, at your premises.
